Invesus Group made the decision to implement Oracle NetSuite globally across its organization, and in particular to its subsidiary companies registered in Bulgaria,  Naxex Technological Development Limited, a Technology Services Company for the purpose of providing technological development solutions for the trading platforms, technical support and software development, Tiebreak Solutions BU, a company that provides tailored Client Relationship Management (‘CRM’) Systems and data-driven online marketing solutions and its partner Internovus BU, a marketing company founded by experts in the fields of online marketing services and campaign optimization – their technology has earned a worldwide recognition for delivering extremely competitive results with a unique client-oriented business model.
Invesus Group successfully implemented NetSuite Bulgaria VAT Localization in its subsidiary companies and partner registered in Bulgaria, implemented by Deloitte Limited and developed by BTS.
The Bulgaria VAT localization bundle is fully integrated to NetSuite and includes:

• Monthly VAT Return, Purchase and Sales Ledger reports, VIES declaration – all in the required by the local revenue agency format and reports on the User’s interface.
• Reverse charge protocol numbering and PDFs generation
• Trial balance in classic format – with starting balances, turnover for the period and ending balances
• Integration to the Bulgarian National Bank – to bring daily rates for the BGN towards other currencies, traded by BNB and used by the customer.

The Go – live of Invesus Group was completed in January 2021, together with the global Oracle NetSuite Go-live.
