Oracle NetSuite Partner since 2009.

Since 2016 BTS One joined the NetSuite’s SuiteCloud Developer Network though developing our own Suiteapps – localization packages for Bulgaria and Romania.

The company was founded in 2008 by Dougie Smith. Dougie was part of the NetSuite UK Professional Services and Sales team for a long time before he moved to Bulgaria and established the company that became an Oracle NetSuite Partner the next year.

BTS One is now owned and operated by Pavlina Petrova, a long term BTS One employee and veteran of multiple international NetSuite Implementations over 13 years. Pavlina, a trained accountant, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as well as a friendly, organised and systematic approach which supports all of our customers to successful projects completions allowing our customers to flourish and grow within the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem.
